 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Develop and execute marketing communication initiatives aligned with brand and marketing strategies
 
 
 &bull; Plan and manage ATL / BTL campaigns and integrated communication projects, including related digital initiatives
 
 
 &bull; Lead the preparation of creative assets for digital media plans and advertising campaigns
 
 
 &bull; Manage digital content production processes including TikTok content development and influencer marketing collaborations
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate and manage creative, media, and production agencies to ensure high-quality campaign execution
 
 
 &bull; Prepare campaign briefs and communication materials for agencies and internal stakeholders.
 
 
 &bull; Monitor competitor branding and communication activities, identifying insights and improvement opportunities
 
 
 &bull; Manage campaign reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking with a data-driven approach
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Business Units, Digital Marketing, Retail Banking, and Legal to ensure effective campaign execution
 
 
 &bull; Proficient in effectively using performance and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business, Adjust, Google Analytics)
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 General Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing and corporate communications within banking, finance, e-commerce, FMCG, or technology sectors
 
 
 &bull; Experience in delivering integrated marketing communication campaigns and developing impactful and innovative advertising
 
 
 &bull; Strong knowledge of digital marketing, digital media planning, and campaign management
 
 
 &bull; In-depth knowledge of ATL &amp; BTL and digital communication processes including production and post-production, with the ability to understand their role within integrated campaigns
 
 
 &bull; Excellent communication, branding, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
 
 
 &bull; Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
 
 
 &bull; Experience in agency management and cross-functional collaboration
 
 
 &bull; Fluent in English

 We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Assistant Manager to join our Payment Systems team. This role plays a key part in shaping and growing our credit and debit card business, focusing on product vision, customer experience, and business impact.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 General Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's or Master&rsquo;s Degree from a university in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 7 - 10 years experiences in payment systems, product/portfolio management, marketing, product development in banks. Credit/debit card knowledge is must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Care deeply about user experience and passionate about problem solving,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong reporting and analytical thinking skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Efficient time management, planning and project prioritization skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced level of MS Office programs
 </li>

 Key Responsibility

 Take ownership of credit and debit card products across their full lifecycle, from design and positioning to performance tracking.

 <li>
 Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, spending, and retention.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and define differentiation points.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, analytics, legal) to build customer-centric journeys and campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with IT and vendors to implement card features and digital enhancements aligned with product strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support digitalization initiatives such as card-on-file, mobile wallet integrations, and instant card issuance.

 Work closely with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) to leverage new capabilities and partnership opportunities.

 Analyze product and campaign performance, translate insights into actionable improvements.

 Ensure compliance with local regulations while designing seamless and innovative customer experiences.

 Contribute to the strategic roadmap of the Payment Systems division, aligning card initiatives with broader banking goals.
