 Support and administer productions and non-production SQL Server database environments

 Implement and maintain high availability solutions such as Always On, Failover Cluster etc.

 Perform query performance analysis, review execution plans, and redesign indexing strategies when necessary.

 Set up and manage proactive database monitoring, detect and address performance issues, space issues, and database locking using diagnostic tools.

 We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Affluent Segment Manager with expertise in customer lifecycle management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for the Mass Segment, optimizing customer engagement, and overseeing the entire customer lifecycle.  Segment Strategy Development:
 
 Lead the development and execution of the Affluent Segment strategy, focusing on driving customer engagement, retention, and increasing revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

 Customer Lifecycle Management:
 
 Oversee the end-to-end customer lifecycle for Affluent Segment clients, focusing on retention, acquisition, and reducing churn. Implement strategies that guide customers through each stage of their journey with personalized experiences.
