We are seeking a dedicated Mobility Product Supervisor to lead the development, management, and growth of our mobility product portfolio, including golf cars, e-bikes, and scooters.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute sales plans by channel, SKU, and store, driven and supported by:<ul><li>
Brand positioning and category product architecture (product catalog) by channel, geographical area, and store, in line with Sort Meter and Quartile approach.
</li><li>Category product display planogram by channel, geographical area, and store, in line with Sort Meter/Quartile approach, supplier go-to-market strategy, and product life cycle.
</li><li>Category product pricing architecture by channel.
</li><li>Concluding a solid category product promotional calendar by channel in coordination with suppliers and B.TECH promotional calendar.
</li><li>Running product knowledge and floor go-to-market programs by channel and ensuring on-ground execution, efficient communication, and engagement (planogram and display refreshment, product life cycle, promotions, and price execution, contests).
</li></ul>Execute sourcing and procurement strategy, including:<ul><li>
Leading efficient negotiations with suppliers and securing annual contracts that ensure product availability (right place, right quantity, right quality, right time).
</li><li>Ensuring stock levels across the system in line with inventory coverage standards (&ldquo;Rebo&rdquo; module).
</li><li>Coordinating product rotation with suppliers across sellable and damaged products across different warehouses.
</li><li>Driving category GP growth through margin negotiations, supplier rebates, and claims collection.
</li><li>Developing strong supplier relationships to achieve the lowest total system cost, best service levels on delivery and payment, and continuous supplier performance tracking (full vendor management).</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
</li><li>3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within mobility (golf cars, e-bikes, and scooters).
</li><li>Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
</li><li>Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results.
</li><li>Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in category management, must be in Mobile category.</li><li>
Good knowledge in TV category is a plus.</li><li>
Proven negotiation skills with vendors and distributors.</li><li>
Understanding of e-commerce marketplace dynamics.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.</li><li>
Inventory management and stock optimization.</li><li>

As a full-time Category Lead, you will own and drive the performance of a defined product category across our e-commerce platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to maximize sales growth, ensure product availability, and deliver a competitive and seamless customer experience. You will leverage data insights, market trends, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize pricing, assortment, and visibility, while enhancing the end-to-end customer journey. You will be expected to continuously improve category performance by balancing commercial objectives with operational excellence and delivering measurable business results.
Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Execute onboarding and item set up process to make sure products are available and ready to sell.</li><li>
Execute customer&rsquo;s attraction plan to assure they can easily browse and find the products they want.
</li><li>Develop navigation experience (browse/search) by managing and enhancing product attributes and taxonomy.</li><li>
Attract customers through compelling messaging and visual merchandising.
</li><li>Manage item and category pages including product imagery, rating reviews, basic and enhanced content.</li><li>
Optimize item and category pricing, providing competitive pricing for B.TECH customers.
</li><li>Initiate product promotions and benchmark competitors.</li><li>
Work cross-functionally to ensure customers receive their products quickly and efficiently.
</li><li>Create a cohesive experience between online shopping and the physical product.</li><li>
Conduct regular analysis of category performance, identifying key trends and improvement opportunities.</li><li>
Work with cross-functional teams (across marketing, product and supply chain) to execute initiatives to optimize category performance.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
</li><li>4&ndash;7 years of experience in e-commerce, category management, retail, or a similar commercial role.
</li><li>Hands-on experience managing the laptops category or similar consumer electronics products is a must.
</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable plans.
</li><li>Proven experience in managing product categories, pricing strategies, and promotions.
</li><li>Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, online merchandising, and customer journey optimization.
</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
