About the job:
We&rsquo;re looking for a full-time &ldquo;Corporate Account Manager&rdquo; to administer a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success, developing positive relationships and handling customers&rsquo; needs and generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
In this role, you will:<ul><li>
Achieve sales targets by generating new business using existing and potential corporate accounts networks</li><li>
Develop new business with existing corporate accounts identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas</li><li>
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits</li><li>
Serve as the lead point of contact for all corporate accounts management and operational matters</li><li>
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsor</li><li>
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products solutions according to corporate accounts needs and objectives</li><li>
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly progress to internal and external stakeholders, prepare reports on account status</li><li>
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory or account</li><li>
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to corporate accounts in a timely manner</li></ul> 
Requirements 
<ul><li><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate sales or account management, preferably within IT hardware sales (laptops, PCs, tablets, etc.).
</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
</li><li>Must own a car and have proven outdoor sales experience.</li></ul></li></ul>

Corporate Account Manager - Laptops

<div>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Fuel &amp; Consumption Management:</li><li><ul><li>
Monitor and analyze fuel consumption rates per vehicle (Km/L).</li><li>
Investigate variances and implement anti-siphoning/anti-theft measures.</li><li>
Manage relationships with fuel providers and oversee internal fuel stations/tanks.</li></ul></li><li>
Spare Parts &amp; Inventory Control:</li><li><ul><li>
Establish a coding and tracking system for all spare parts (Tires, Oils, Filters, etc.).</li><li>
Maintain optimal stock levels (Reorder Points) to minimize vehicle downtime.</li></ul></li><li>
Cost &amp; Expense Management:</li><li><ul><li>
Prepare and manage the annual fleet budget (CAPEX &amp; OPEX).</li><li>
Audit all fleet-related invoices: maintenance, tolls, driver allowances, and fines.</li><li>
Calculate the MRO and Consumption per trip/vehicle.</li></ul></li></ul> 

Requirements 
Professional Background &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Accounting/Finance (Cost Accounting background is a plus).</li><li>
Experience: 5&ndash;7 years of experience in Fleet Management, Logistics, or Construction sectors.</li><li>
Industry Experience: Prior experience in companies with large-scale transport fleets (FMCG, Logistics, or Heavy Equipment).</li></ul> 
Technical Skills:<ul><li>
Data Analytics: Advanced Excel &amp; Power BI.</li><li>
ERP Proficiency: Experience with Fleet/Inventory modules).</li><li>
Fuel Consumption Tracking: Expertise in Fuel suppliers systems..</li><li>
Asset Lifecycle: Knowledge of tire rotation, oil life, and preventive maintenance.</li></ul>

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Category Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive category growth through effective sourcing strategies, merchandising, and strong vendor management, while leveraging market insights and cross-functional collaboration to enhance overall performance.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Support the development and execution of the category strategy in alignment with B.TECH&rsquo;s overall business objectives.
</li><li>Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for category growth.
</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth product lifecycle management from launch to phase-out.
</li><li>Assist in defining product requirements, specifications, and positioning to meet customer needs and strengthen market competitiveness.
</li><li>Coordinate with vendors to support negotiations, product availability, and promotional planning.
</li><li>Monitor product performance, sales, and profitability, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize the product portfolio.
</li><li>Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive awareness and sales performance.
</li><li>Provide product knowledge and category insights to sales teams to enhance in-store and online performance.</li></ul> 

Requirements
