In this role, you will:
<ul><li>identify the customer requirements through applying B.TECH selling procedures, offering different products and services and discussing different promotions to meet customer needs.</li>
<li>Ensure the customer receives promises through close follow up on customers&rsquo; requirements and requests with other stakeholders until the service is properly delivered.</li>
<li>Handle customer complains in a calm and professional manner.</li>
<li>Share the responsibility of stock accuracy and products safety, while reporting on issues and variances to contribute to more efficient stock control and maintenance.</li>
<li>Provide in-depth product knowledge including features, benefits, and overall value.</li>
<li>Maintain B.TECH standards by following the pre-set policies and procedures, such as but not limited to dress code, floor attitude, sales policies and code of conduct to maintain the company image.</li>
<li>Handle the invoicing process to adhere to B.TECH selling standards and to contribute to more efficient sales tracking and recording.</li>

<li>Participate in determining assessment tools and methodology for different programs
</li><li>Facilitate Assessment center activities for (e.g., Talent review, promotions, etc.), maintaining well understanding for the all assessment phases
</li><li>List and communicate all employees assessment results and development areas through the TMS for CDP full cycle</li>
<li>Conduct and give feedback for employees on assessment results if needed
</li><li>Assist in the succession planning and high potentials facilitation process</li>
<li>Conduct and develop programs manuals for awareness for better understanding and program efficiency.</li>
