Job PurposeThe FF&amp;E Project Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of Furniture, Fixtures &amp; Equipment (FF&amp;E) packages for interior fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating between design, procurement, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and accurate installation as per approved specifications.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate FF&amp;E scope from design finalisation through procurement, delivery, and installation.</li><li>Review FF&amp;E schedules, drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Liaise with designers, project teams, and vendors to ensure approved selections are followed.</li><li>Track FF&amp;E procurement status, lead times, deliveries, and installation schedules.</li><li>Ensure samples, mock-ups, and shop drawings are submitted and approved on time.</li><li>Coordinate site readiness and installation sequencing with Project Managers and site teams.</li><li>Verify delivered FF&amp;E items against approved specifications and quantities.</li><li>Maintain clear records of approvals, revisions, delivery notes, and warranties.</li><li>Support snag closure and handover documentation related to FF&amp;E.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>Min. 5 years of UAE experience in FF&amp;E coordination within interior fit-out or construction projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of FF&amp;E materials, suppliers, and installation processes.</li><li>Ability to read drawings, FF&amp;E schedules, and specifications.</li><li>Good coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple vendors and timelines simultaneously.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
