3D Visualiser - Interior Residential Projects

1.1. Create photorealistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs for interior design presentations. Develop detailed 3D models based on architectural drawings, sketches, and material references.

1.2. Work closely with interior designers and architects to accurately translate design intent into visuals.

1.3. Interpret mood boards, material finishes, and lighting specifications into visuals that reflect the client’s vision.

1.4. Optimize 3D models and scenes for presentation and production quality.

1.5. Maintain an organized library of 3D assets, materials, and reference images.

1.6. Contribute creatively to design brainstorming sessions and client presentations.

1.7. Handle revisions and updates based on design and client feedback in a timely manner.

1.8. Duties as assigned by your department head, however, related to the job role and its processes.

1.9. Regularly report progress to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for further improvement.
