3D Designer-Event Industry

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with experience in the event and exhibition industry. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualising and designing stage setups, exhibition stands, kiosks, retail displays, and event environments based on client briefs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 3D concepts and realistic renders for events, exhibitions, stage designs, and brand activations.
• Develop detailed 3D models, layouts, and presentation visuals for client proposals.
• Work closely with the production and technical teams to ensure designs are feasible and executable.
• Prepare working drawings and technical details for fabrication.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, event themes, and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and execution details.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in event/exhibition design.
• Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for technical drawings.
• Good rendering skills using V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or similar tools.
• Understanding of materials, fabrication, and event production processes.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of lighting concepts and stage production.
• Basic graphic design knowledge (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• UAE experience preferred.
