Structural Revit Modeler

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Structural Revit Modeler with 8–10 years of experience in structural BIM modeling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing structural BIM models for complex building projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with project standards, and seamless interdisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare structural general arrangement drawings, reinforcement drawings, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with architectural and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure model integration.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and implement agreed solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, project specifications, and local authority requirements.
• Extract quantities and schedules from BIM models as required.
• Perform model audits and quality checks before submissions.
• Mentor and guide junior modelers and draftsmen.
• Support engineers in preparing structural documentation and design presentations.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in structural modeling within engineering consultancy.
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing standards.
