Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager with emphasis on managing self performing projects with wet utilities involving sewer, water, and storm projects for local municipalities in Dallas-Fort Worth.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the full lifecycle of civil construction projects, with a focus on wet utility installations (water mains, sewer systems, storm drains).</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>5&ndash;10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, with at least 3 years focused on wet utility projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of TXDOT standards, municipal specifications, and stormwater regulations.</li><li>Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam, &amp; HCSS is highly desirable.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Competitive salary ($140,000&ndash;$160,000 depending on experience)</li><li>Performance bonus and vehicle allowance</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Relocation assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
