Heavy Civil Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager with emphasis on managing self performing projects with wet utilities involving sewer, water, and storm projects for local municipalities in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of civil construction projects, with a focus on wet utility installations (water mains, sewer systems, storm drains).

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 5–10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, with at least 3 years focused on wet utility projects.
• Strong knowledge of TXDOT standards, municipal specifications, and stormwater regulations.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam, & HCSS is highly desirable.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary ($140,000–$160,000 depending on experience)
