Together BSI&rsquo;s team of industry professionals take a collaborative, expertise-driven construction approach that fosters safe, successful projects completed on time and within budget.We are looking to add licensed Superintendents to our growing team:Successful candidates will have:&middot; A Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License.&middot; The skills and knowledge to perform frame to finish carpentry.&middot; The capability to present themselves to clients in a professional manner.&middot; Excellent communication skills both with team members and clients.&middot; The ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.&middot; Work well alone or with a team.&middot; Have their own tools, a valid driver&rsquo;s license, and reliable transportation.&middot; The ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 80lbs.&middot; OSHA 10The responsibilities of our Superintendents will include scheduling, coordination and supervision of all contractors on site.
