Construction Superintendent

We are looking to add licensed Superintendents to our growing team:

Successful candidates will have:

· A Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License.

· The skills and knowledge to perform frame to finish carpentry.

· The capability to present themselves to clients in a professional manner.

· Excellent communication skills both with team members and clients.

· The ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.

· Work well alone or with a team.

· Have their own tools, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

· The ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 80lbs.

· OSHA 10

The responsibilities of our Superintendents will include scheduling, coordination and supervision of all contractors on site. The Superintendent will maintain daily logs, attend job meetings and maintain a safe jobsite.

Our Superintendents will:

· Supervise subcontractors and foreman

· Review plans and project schedules with the Project Manager

· Coordinate all deliveries of materials and equipment to the jobsite

· Schedule all construction related work, as well as inspect the work in progress

· Review and ensure materials being used on site meet the architect’s specifications

· Maintain a relationship between the Architect, Owner, Subcontractors and Engineers

· Hold weekly job box talks and progress meetings meeting with subcontractors on site

Salary: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Schedule:

· 8 hour shift (7am-3:30pm)

· Monday to Friday

· Overtime offered when required.

Experience:

· Carpentry 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

· Drivers License (Required)

· Massachusetts Construction Supervisors (Required)
