Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements- Analyze drawings and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment costs- Perform quantity take-offs using software tools.- Develop and maintain cost databases and historical pricing.- Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.- Prepare and submit tender documents and commercial proposals.- Identify cost risks and propose value engineering solutions.- Assist in contract administration, variations, and change orders.Skills &amp; Experience- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering.- +5 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation.- Has knowledge in Saudi market- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing.- Familiar with BOQ preparation, cost control, and contract terms.- Experience in commercial, and fit-out projects.- Proficient in Excel, CAD, and estimating software.Work Location: Remote

Quantity Surveyor & Cost Estimator

Developing conceptual and detailed architectural designs by using specialist computer-aided design applications and software&rsquo;s.Preparing drawings, plans, and 3D visualizations.Reviewing and coordinating design documents with engineers and consultants.Ensuring compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and project requirements.Providing design input and solutions during project execution.Attending virtual meetings and coordinating with project stakeholders.Prepare and create architecture shop-drawings, and BOQ.Writing and presenting reports, proposals, and applications.Manage and execute design assignments in a timely manner.ExperienceMinimum 8 years of experience in architectural design and construction.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D applications and BIM tools.Work Location: RemoteJob Type: Full-time
