Quantity Surveyor & Cost Estimator

Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements

- Analyze drawings and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment costs

- Perform quantity take-offs using software tools.

- Develop and maintain cost databases and historical pricing.

- Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.

- Prepare and submit tender documents and commercial proposals.

- Identify cost risks and propose value engineering solutions.

- Assist in contract administration, variations, and change orders.

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

- +5 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation.

- Has knowledge in Saudi market

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing.

- Familiar with BOQ preparation, cost control, and contract terms.

- Experience in commercial, and fit-out projects.

- Proficient in Excel, CAD, and estimating software.
