QS Engineer

Job Description:
Dunes Constructions is seeking a QS Engineer (Quantity Surveyor) to join our team in Sheikh Zayed. The candidate will be responsible for managing all quantity surveying and cost control activities, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in line with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify project requirements.
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
• Prepare and review subcontractors’ invoices and variations.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor quotations.
• Follow up on payments, variations, and claims.
• Coordinate with the technical office and site team to ensure accurate quantities and cost control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, and contracts.
• Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD (Primavera is a plus).
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
