This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for the engineering and construction industry. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and aligns with our company values: hard work, professionalism, honesty, respect, and teamwork.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies tailored to engineering topics and audiences</li><li>Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) that highlights projects, innovations, and company culture</li><li>Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to understand and simplify complex information for social media</li><li>Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner</li><li>Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular reports to optimize content and engagement</li><li>Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives through social media campaigns</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field preferred</li><li>Proven experience managing social media accounts, ideally within technical or engineering sectors</li><li>Strong writing and storytelling skills with an ability to translate technical jargon into clear, compelling content</li><li>Basic understanding of engineering concepts or willingness to learn quickly</li><li>Outstanding communication skills in English&mdash;speaking, writing, reading, and listening.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and a commitment to delivering quality work.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and regulatory liaison.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.</li></ul>Additional Requirements (as set by the job poster)Must pass a background check.Must be authorized to work in the United States.No visa sponsorship available.Must be able to pass a drug test.Pay: From $18.00 per hourWork Location: In person
