We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement &amp; Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procurement activities, cost estimation, supplier coordination, and quantity surveying for lighting and electrical projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage procurement of lighting fixtures, control systems, electrical materials, and project requirements.</li><li>Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quotations, cost estimates, and project budgets.</li><li>Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.</li><li>Source suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate delivery schedules.</li><li>Prepare supplier and subcontractor comparison reports for management review.</li><li>Monitor project costs and maintain budget control throughout project execution.</li><li>Coordinate with sales, design, engineering, and project teams to ensure timely material procurement.</li><li>Track material deliveries and ensure compliance with project schedules.</li><li>Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and project documentation.</li><li>Assist in tender preparation, cost analysis, and value engineering exercises.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of UAE experience in Procurement and Quantity Surveying.</li><li>Experience in the lighting, electrical, fit-out, or construction industry is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and cost estimation.</li><li>Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Knowledge of AutoCAD, ERP systems, or procurement software is an advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package based on experience.</li><li>Career growth opportunities within a growing lighting and project solutions company.</li><li>Exposure to commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential projects.</li></ul>Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their updated CV highlighting their procurement and quantity surveying experience.
