We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, fast turnaround, and a tight-knit team that takes pride in every system we build.Position OverviewWe're hiring a detail-driven Inventory Specialist to manage parts, raw materials, and finished goods across our automotive garage and manufacturing floor. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and understands automotive components &mdash; especially exhaust system parts, tubing, flanges, mufflers, clamps, and related hardware.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Receive, inspect, count, and properly stock all incoming inventory including raw stainless steel, aluminized tubing, mufflers, tips, hangers, and hardware</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software (QuickBooks, Fishbowl, or similar)</li><li>Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy</li><li>Pull, kit, and stage parts for production runs and shop work orders</li><li>Track raw material usage and notify management when reorder points are reached</li><li>Organize the warehouse, parts room, and shop floor for efficient workflow and FIFO rotation</li><li>Coordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping teams to ensure parts availability</li><li>Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and report shrinkage or damage</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant inventory area</li><li>Assist with shipping, receiving, and occasional production support as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma</li><li>2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or parts management experience (automotive industry strongly preferred)</li><li>Working knowledge of automotive exhaust components and aftermarket parts is a major plus</li><li>Proficiency with inventory software, barcode scanners, and Microsoft Excel</li><li>Strong math, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, expanding manufacturer</li><li>A team that respects hard work and rewards initiative</li></ul>How to ApplySubmit your resume through Indeed or Email : subzerofinancedxb@gmail.comBullet Performance Exhaust Manufacturing LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Work Location: In person
