The ideal candidate is dedicated to supporting student growth in early literacy, math, and social-emotional learning while creating a structured, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and deliver high-quality instruction in early literacy, math, and other core content areas aligned to school and state standards.</li><li>Build strong foundational reading skills (phonics, decoding, fluency, and comprehension) and early writing skills.</li><li>Differentiate instruction to meet a range of learning needs, including support for students receiving special education services.</li><li>Establish clear routines, expectations, and positive behavior supports to maintain a safe and productive learning environment.</li><li>Monitor student progress using formative and summative assessments; adjust instruction based on data.</li><li>Communicate regularly with families about student progress, classroom expectations, and learning goals.</li><li>Collaborate with grade-level and support staff (special education, interventionists, EAs, and coaches) to ensure student success.</li><li>Participate in professional learning and stay current on best practices in early childhood/elementary education.</li></ul>(Terms and conditions apply.)Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $43,200.00 - $54,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
