 Minimum 2- 3 years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or project management

 Experience in portfolio design, prioritization, and execution of multiple business and transformation projects

 Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and hands-on experience in running end-to-end project management processes

 Analytical and financial experience in developing business cases, ROI/IRR analyses, financial KPI analyze and linking them to strategic priorities

 Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment, engagement, and effective communication across all levels

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

 Job Description:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Support the identification, scoping, and prioritization of strategic portfolios and projects aligned with Bupa Turkey&rsquo;s transformation roadmap
 </li>
 <li>
 Be part of project management processes from initiation to closure, ensuring standard documentation, governance, and performance tracking are in place
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on project scope and nature
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and report portfolio and project progress, highlighting key risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions
 </li>
 <li>
 Support to build and maintain financial, operational, and commercial models to assess project feasibility and strategic value
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, PMOs, and vendors, to ensure alignment and accountability
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for Steering Committees and senior management
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all project documentation is completed accurately and comprehensively throughout the project lifecycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the development of BPO governance frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance organizational project maturity
 </li>
 <li>
 Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights, structured analyses, and benefit tracking reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all initiatives are aligned with Bupa&rsquo;s strategic priorities and transformation objectives
