 To support our growth and our ambitious plans, we are now looking for passionate Process Excellence Consultant/ Senior Consultants to strengthen our
 
 Excellence Office
 
 in T&uuml;rkiye.
 
 
 
 
 
 You will work with a high-performing, integrated team which focuses on a variety of transformation &amp; excellence projects including but not limited to new process design and mining, target operating model design, organizational design, strategic workforce planning and KPI/OKR model design as well as implementing digital and operational transformation projects.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Attributes and skills required for success
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A strong academic background, including a Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Management, Engineering or other related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Approximately 2-4 years of previous experience, mainly in areas covering process architecture management, process improvement and performance management, process mining, digital and organizational transformation
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with contributing to multiple complex business projects in parallel
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative, practical and solution oriented
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written skills in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly motivated, analytical, logical thinkers with a passion for continuous learning &amp; thinking out of the box
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong team player with the ability to adapt to new / challenging situations
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, multitasking, organized, capable to prioritize demands and fulfilling deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Visio and MS Project skill how it can be applied to design process and project management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Power BI, Python, and other BPM tools would be a plus.
 </li>

 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct in-depth analysis of new business and process models and technologies, integrating them into the company's operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and sustain company process architecture, design E2E Processes (Key, Common, Enhancer Processes), integrate process architecture with organizational and IT architecture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and sustain BPM governance, define and deploy process design, definition and standards (KPIs, Risks, RACI&rsquo;s, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Govern and ensure process performance monitoring performance analysis, deploy process mining studies, ensure E2E process performance monitoring.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, implement, and monitor transformation plans, roadmaps, and change management processes on strategic transformation initiatives while identifying potential roadblocks and risks to ensure results.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design organization structure, determine roles and responsibilities at department level, conduct FTE analysis for organization design and integrate with process architecture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to define project scope, develop relevant solutions, and deliver high-quality work products; while ensuring teams take ownership of the projects and actively monitor progress to ensure they stay on track and meet established goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and deliver transformation &amp; excellence projects on time, within scope, and budget using project management best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare impactful deliverables including reports, presentations, and support discussions with the Management / Board of Directors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply logical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to support resolution of issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with the wider team in a concerted effort towards delivering work products of the highest standard.
 </li>

 Qualifications:

 A strong academic background, including a Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or other related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2-4 years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or project management
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in complex multi-entity environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with governance frameworks
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting C-level stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in portfolio design, prioritization, and execution of multiple business and transformation projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and hands-on experience in running end-to-end project management processes is an asset
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical and financial experience in developing business cases, ROI/IRR analyses, financial KPI analyze and linking them to strategic priorities is an asset
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment, engagement, and effective communication across all levels
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
