Business Program Office Consultant – Sr. Consultant

Qualifications:

• A strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or other related field
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or project management
• Experience in complex multi-entity environments
• Familiarity with governance frameworks
• Experience supporting C-level stakeholders
• Experience in portfolio design, prioritization, and execution of multiple business and transformation projects
• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and hands-on experience in running end-to-end project management processes is an asset
• Analytical and financial experience in developing business cases, ROI/IRR analyses, financial KPI analyze and linking them to strategic priorities is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment, engagement, and effective communication across all levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
• Highly motivated, analytical, and solution-oriented, with a passion for continuous learning and driving measurable impact
• Strong team player with the ability to adapt to new challenges, multitask, and deliver under pressure

Job Description:

• We are looking for high-performing Consultants and Senior Consultants to join our Business Program Office (BPO), responsible for orchestrating and executing enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across our integrated health ecosystem.
• The BPO leads complex cross-company programs. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and strategy team , cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategy into execution, ensuring disciplined delivery, measurable value creation & growth, and sustainable impact.
• This is a high-visibility role for candidates passionate about delivering large-scale programs end-to-end, structured problem-solving, stakeholder alignment
• Support the end-to-end management of strategic programs across multiple portfolios and business units
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, workplans, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure alignment on scope, timeline, and outcomes, implement governance frameworks
• Support to build and maintain financial, operational, and commercial models to assess project feasibility and strategic
