Your role is crucial in ensuring that clients feel welcomed and supported. Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Client Interaction: Greet clients and visitors professionally and courteously, creating a positive first impression.</li><li>Phone &amp; Email Management: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.</li><li>Scheduling &amp; Calendar Management: Maintain appointments, court dates, and meetings, ensuring accuracy and timely reminders.</li><li>Document Handling: Receive, scan, file, and distribute mail and legal documents.</li><li>Office Support: Assist attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, and data entry.</li><li>Organization &amp; Cleanliness: Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:&#10004; Bilingual (Spanish) &ndash; REQUIRED &#10004; High School Diploma (or equivalent) Bachelors Preferred &#10004; 1+ year of office experience (law firm experience is a plus!) &#10004; Tech-savvy &ndash; Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google Suite (Experience with MyCase is a PLUS!) &#10004; Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills &#10004; Detail-oriented and highly organized &ndash; Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment &#10004; Strong communication skills &ndash; Articulate and confident when speaking with clients &#10004; Willingness to learn &ndash; Open to training on legal software and office proceduresHow to Apply:If you're ready to take the next step in your career and join a respected law firm, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!
