Burgeon is looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Manager for our Web and Mobile Application services sales.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, Upwork, Fiverr, referrals, and other relevant platforms.</li><li>Identify and qualify new business opportunities (inbound &amp; outbound).</li><li>Handle the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.</li><li>Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact during the pre-sales phase.</li><li>Respond to client inquiries and RFQs professionally and on time.</li><li>Coordinate with technical teams to align client requirements with solutions.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Atleast 3 years of experience in IT services sales or business development.</li><li>Experience selling Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, or related services.</li><li>Experience working with international clients is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.</li><li>Confident in virtual and in-person meetings.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.</li><li>Hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation and tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly.io, Dripify, or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong networking skills with a professional and positive attitude.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
