Business Development Manager (BDM)

Burgeon is looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Manager for our Web and Mobile Application services sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, Upwork, Fiverr, referrals, and other relevant platforms.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities (inbound & outbound).
  • Handle the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Act as the main point of contact during the pre-sales phase.
  • Respond to client inquiries and RFQs professionally and on time.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to align client requirements with solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.

Requirements:

  • Atleast 3 years of experience in IT services sales or business development.
  • Experience selling Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, or related services.
  • Experience working with international clients is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Confident in virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation and tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly.io, Dripify, or similar platforms.
  • Strong networking skills with a professional and positive attitude.
