Burgeon is looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Manager for our Web and Mobile Application services sales.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, Upwork, Fiverr, referrals, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities (inbound & outbound).
- Handle the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Act as the main point of contact during the pre-sales phase.
- Respond to client inquiries and RFQs professionally and on time.
- Coordinate with technical teams to align client requirements with solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
Requirements:
- Atleast 3 years of experience in IT services sales or business development.
- Experience selling Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, or related services.
- Experience working with international clients is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Confident in virtual and in-person meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation and tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly.io, Dripify, or similar platforms.
- Strong networking skills with a professional and positive attitude.
