Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a variety of skills related to landscaping, maintenance, and horticulture. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to maintain and enhance the beauty of outdoor spaces. A strong mechanical knowledge and experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and construction will be beneficial for success in this position.Duties<ul><li>Perform general landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, and planting.</li><li>Maintain lawns through regular care practices such as irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.</li><li>Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.</li><li>Assist in hardscape installations including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.</li><li>Conduct tree care activities such as trimming and removal as necessary.</li><li>Utilize excavators for digging and grading tasks when required.</li><li>Provide snow plowing services during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Familiarity with mechanical equipment used in landscaping tasks is essential.</li><li>Knowledge of horticulture principles and practices is a plus.</li><li>Experience with gardening techniques, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance is advantageous.</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
