Landscape Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a variety of skills related to landscaping, maintenance, and horticulture. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to maintain and enhance the beauty of outdoor spaces. A strong mechanical knowledge and experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and construction will be beneficial for success in this position.

Duties

• Perform general landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, and planting.
• Maintain lawns through regular care practices such as irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.
• Assist in hardscape installations including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Conduct tree care activities such as trimming and removal as necessary.
• Utilize excavators for digging and grading tasks when required.
• Provide snow plowing services during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

Experience

• Proven experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with mechanical equipment used in landscaping tasks is essential.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and practices is a plus.
• Experience with gardening techniques, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
