Responsibilities:.Office Administration:<ul><li>Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.</li><li>Manage and Organize the Front Desk.</li><li>Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries.</li><li>Organize and maintain office filing systems (physical and digital).</li><li>Coordinate office maintenance, including ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of office equipment and spaces.</li></ul>Scheduling and Coordination:<ul><li>Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.</li><li>Maintain and update office schedules.</li><li>Ensure meeting rooms are set up and ready for use, including equipment.</li></ul>Communication and Correspondence:<ul><li>Handle correspondence and ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and employees.</li><li>Assist with drafting and formatting internal and external communication, including emails and reports.</li></ul>Human Resources and Employee Support:<ul><li>Support HR tasks, such as managing employee leave schedules and maintaining records.</li><li>Help with employee engagement activities, including events, celebrations, and wellness programs.</li><li>Assist with the preparation and submission of expense reports and invoices.</li></ul>Other Administrative Support:<ul><li>Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.</li><li>Assist with special projects, data entry, or research tasks.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualification:<ul><li>Proven Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent (Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s/ BSCS degree preferred).</li><li>Proven experience in office administration or similar administrative roles (1-2 years preferred).</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per monthJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
