We strive to positively impact on the lives of our customers on a daily basis.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy at the front desk</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately</li><li>Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records for efficient office operation</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software when necessary</li><li>Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously</li><li>Support administrative functions including typing, document preparation, and proofing correspondence</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other communication channels</li><li>Assist with personal or executive support tasks as needed, including calendar management</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills</li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations</li><li>Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette and communication skills</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently within deadlines; excellent time management skills required</li><li>Prior experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous</li><li>Familiarity with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is a plus</li><li>Personal assistant experience or experience managing calendars is beneficial</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; additional office or administrative certifications are a plus</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
