Job descriptionAs a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our products/services over the phone to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a results-driven approach. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are motivated by achieving targets and excelling in a competitive sales environment.Responsibilities:&middot; Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services.&middot; Answer questions about our offerings and address customer concerns.&middot; Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.&middot; Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.&middot; Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales.&middot; Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or cold calls.&middot; Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly tone on calls.&middot; Collaborate with the sales team to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.&middot; Close your own deals and also keep a regular follow up on it.&middot; Should be able to multi task and do 100-150 calls per day.Qualifications:. This is a fixed salary plus commission job and purely target based.&middot; Proven experience (1-2 years) as a telesales representative or similar sales role.&middot; Proficiency in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).&middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&middot; Persuasive and goal-oriented with the ability to handle objections.&middot; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.&middot; Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.&middot; High school diploma; a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business or a related field is preferred.Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
