Telesales Representative

Job description

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our products/services over the phone to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a results-driven approach. Responsibilities:

· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services.

· Answer questions about our offerings and address customer concerns.

· Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.

· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales.

· Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or cold calls.

· Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly tone on calls.

· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

· Close your own deals and also keep a regular follow up on it.

· Should be able to multi task and do 100-150 calls per day.

Qualifications:

. This is a fixed salary plus commission job and purely target based.

· Proven experience (1-2 years) as a telesales representative or similar sales role.

· Proficiency in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Persuasive and goal-oriented with the ability to handle objections.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.

· High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
