If you&rsquo;re looking for a place where you can learn, contribute, and grow as a designer while working alongside a supportive team, you&rsquo;ll feel at home here.Learn more at: https://www.business-furnishings.net/Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support senior designers throughout all phases of the design process</li><li>Assist with research, concept development, documentation, and project coordination</li><li>Help translate client needs and goals into thoughtful design solutions</li><li>Produce accurate, well-organized design materials, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D visuals</li><li>Assist with selecting and specifying furniture, materials, and finishes aligned with design intent</li><li>Participate in site visits and project meetings as needed</li><li>Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation</li><li>Support clear communication across internal teams to help projects move forward smoothly</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Traits<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in interior design</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of professional interior design experience, preferably in commercial or workplace design</li><li>Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required), experience in Configura CET</li><li>Ability to produce clear, accurate drawing sets and design documentation</li><li>Thoughtful design sensibility with strong attention to detail</li><li>Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks</li><li>Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment</li><li>Build trust through follow-through, honesty, and care</li><li>Eager to learn, grow, and contribute as part of a supportive design team</li></ul>Why This Role MattersAs an Associate Interior Designer, you&rsquo;ll play an important role in bringing design ideas to life.
