Key Responsibilities

• Support senior designers throughout all phases of the design process
• Assist with research, concept development, documentation, and project coordination
• Help translate client needs and goals into thoughtful design solutions
• Produce accurate, well-organized design materials, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D visuals
• Assist with selecting and specifying furniture, materials, and finishes aligned with design intent
• Participate in site visits and project meetings as needed
• Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation
• Support clear communication across internal teams to help projects move forward smoothly

Qualifications & Traits

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design
• 2–5 years of professional interior design experience, preferably in commercial or workplace design
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required), experience in Configura CET
• Ability to produce clear, accurate drawing sets and design documentation
• Thoughtful design sensibility with strong attention to detail
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Build trust through follow-through, honesty, and care
• Eager to learn, grow, and contribute as part of a supportive design team

• Starting salary $40,000-$45,000 or commensurate with experience
