Job overviewWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Industrial Engineer specializing in Process Improvement to serve as a vital Business Partner within our organization. In this role, you will lead initiatives to optimize operational workflows, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across various business units. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational growth through strategic planning, change management, and business consulting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Map and analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) sessions to visualize current-state workflows and design future-state improvements aligned with organizational objectives.</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, workflows, and visual diagrams using LucidChart and other process modeling tools.</li><li>Lead end-to-end optimization projects using Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and Agile methodologies.</li><li>Support and align improvement efforts within the department's established framework, ensuring consistency, standardization, and compliance with organizational policies.</li><li>Apply the ADKAR change management methodology to guide teams and stakeholders through transitions, ensuring effective adoption of new processes and procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-design practical, scalable solutions to operational challenges.</li><li>Conduct in-depth data analysis and root cause investigations to support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Define project scope, objectives, KPIs, and deliverables in partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or a similar role.</li><li>Experience in change management methodologies and strategic planning processes.</li><li>Proficiency with process modeling tools (Visio, BPMN) and data visualization platforms (Power BI or equivalent).</li><li>Proficiency in LucidChart for process mapping, workflow design, and visual documentation.</li><li>Strong analytical skills &mdash; able to turn complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations.</li><li>Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to influence without direct authority.</li><li>Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPM, Agile) &mdash; certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent) is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Lucid Chart: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Business analysis: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Lean Six Sigma: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
