We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Industrial Engineer specializing in Process Improvement to serve as a vital Business Partner within our organization. Responsibilities
- Map and analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) sessions to visualize current-state workflows and design future-state improvements aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, workflows, and visual diagrams using LucidChart and other process modeling tools.
- Lead end-to-end optimization projects using Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and Agile methodologies.
- Support and align improvement efforts within the department's established framework, ensuring consistency, standardization, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Apply the ADKAR change management methodology to guide teams and stakeholders through transitions, ensuring effective adoption of new processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-design practical, scalable solutions to operational challenges.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and root cause investigations to support strategic decision-making.
- Define project scope, objectives, KPIs, and deliverables in partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or a similar role.
- Experience in change management methodologies and strategic planning processes.
- Proficiency with process modeling tools (Visio, BPMN) and data visualization platforms (Power BI or equivalent).
- Proficiency in LucidChart for process mapping, workflow design, and visual documentation.
- Strong analytical skills — able to turn complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to influence without direct authority.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPM, Agile) — certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
