Not just someone who plans them.You do both.You understand what works, why it works, and how to produce it at scale.You likely:<ul><li>have posted a high volume of TikToks or Reels</li><li>understand hooks, retention, and distribution deeply</li><li>think in content systems, not one-off videos</li><li>constantly spot content opportunities in real time</li></ul>Your job is simple:Own content. Make it perform. Ship every day.Minimum: 1 video per day.Main Job Responsibilities:Own the content engine.<ul><li>Develop formats, series, and repeatable content systems</li><li>Decide what to create based on performance and intuition</li><li>Turn real company activity into compelling content</li></ul>Create high-performing short-form video.<ul><li>TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts</li><li>Ideate, script, film, edit, and publish</li><li>Optimize for hooks, pacing, and retention</li></ul>Edit and produce for performance.<ul><li>Strong captions, structure, and timing</li><li>Repurpose content across platforms</li><li>Maintain high output without sacrificing quality</li></ul>Test, learn, and scale.<ul><li>Run rapid experiments</li><li>Double down on what works</li><li>Continuously improve based on data</li></ul>You&rsquo;ll work directly with the founder.No layers.
