Job Description So what does an everyday look like?<ul><li>Lead a team of various roles ensuring individual and team KPI's are achieved</li><li>Take pride in working with disadvantaged job seekers: you will become pivotal in their journey of employment through the opportunities the team and you have created for them</li><li>Foster strong relationships to ensure a constant business is maintained</li><li>Support your team to achieve their goals by building strategic employer relationships</li><li>Create relationships with community stakeholders that support the needs of the program</li><li>Manage the governance associated with expenditure through the fund, ensuring and delivering compliance whilst adhering to</li></ul>This role is full time, fixed term until 30 June 2027 with the possibility of extension based in the Mermaid Beach Office.<ul><li>Competitive salary; Circa $90k + company car + bonus + super</li><li>ACHIEVABLE and generous bonus incentive plans</li><li>Training and Professional development commitment</li><li>Career progression and internal transfer opportunities</li><li>BUSY Benefits program</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Tools of the trade to support your individual role</li><li>Work as part of a team whilst working autonomously with your clients!</li></ul> Desired Skills and Experience A bit about you <ul><li>Demonstrated experience of leading teams, including remote and mobile teams, and capability in driving performance and meeting KPI's and targets</li><li>Strong people management, coaching and mentoring skills</li><li>Exceptional ability to build strategic relationships resulting in business outcomes</li><li>Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret a broad range of information including data, contracts and deeds</li><li>Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no outcomes</li></ul>Next steps This role will actively commence recruitment from the date of advertisement.
