Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. This role requires a commitment to fostering a love for learning and supporting each child's unique growth journey.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.</li><li>Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.</li><li>Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.</li><li>Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive teaching approach across the preschool curriculum.</li><li>Engage in daily activities such as reading books, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play to enhance learning experiences.</li><li>Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.</li><li>Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare or educational settings.</li><li>Strong understanding of childhood development principles and best practices in early education.</li><li>Experience in behavior management techniques to support diverse learners effectively.</li><li>First aid certification is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not already held.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with children, parents, and staff.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating independent initiative when necessary.
