This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives while developing your skills in early childhood education and caregiving.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in supervising children during daily activities, playtime, meals, and rest periods to promote safety and engagement.</li><li>Support classroom management by helping organize activities that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.</li><li>Implement age-appropriate educational activities that stimulate learning and curiosity in line with childhood development principles.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.</li><li>Provide basic first aid when necessary and communicate effectively with children to address their needs compassionately.</li><li>Collaborate with lead caregivers to observe children&rsquo;s progress and report any behavioral or developmental concerns.</li><li>Support special education initiatives and work with children with disabilities to ensure inclusive participation in all activities.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings is preferred. Degree preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of early childhood education practices, childhood development milestones, and behavior management techniques.</li><li>Certification or training in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; willingness to obtain if not already certified.</li><li>Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.</li><li>Ability to remain energetic, patient, attentive, and flexible in a dynamic childcare environment.</li><li>A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and supporting their growth through caring guidance.
