Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hourJob description:Full-Time | Monday&ndash;Friday | 8:00 AM &ndash; 4:30 PMWe are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our dispatcher/scheduler and assist with daily office operations. This position plays a key role in customer communication, scheduling support, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional on the phone, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers</li><li>Make outbound calls for scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups</li><li>Support dispatcher with scheduling and routing assistance</li><li>Prepare, review, and update work orders</li><li>Assist with invoicing and sending customer invoices</li><li>Provide customer service support and resolve basic inquiries</li><li>Maintain accurate customer and job records</li><li>Assist with general office administrative tasks</li><li>Provide backup support for dispatching when needed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong computer skills required</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Comfortable learning new software and systems</li><li>Professional phone etiquette and communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Detail-oriented with good follow-through</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Reliable and dependable attendance</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Dispatching or scheduling experience</li><li>Administrative or office experience</li><li>Customer service experience</li><li>Experience handling work orders or invoices</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Positive, team-oriented attitude</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks</li><li>Professional written and verbal communication</li><li>Ability to stay calm under pressure</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
