If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact, this opportunity is for you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Support human capital management initiatives, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and training &amp; development programs</li><li>Assist with employee evaluation processes, performance management, and succession planning to promote continuous growth</li><li>Manage benefits administration, workers' compensation claims, and HRIS data entry to ensure accurate recordkeeping</li><li>Coordinate compliance with employment &amp; labor law standards such as FMLA and OSHA regulations</li><li>Facilitate change management projects and organization design efforts to optimize workforce effectiveness</li><li>Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, including conflict management and communication facilitation</li><li>Utilize HR sourcing tools like ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), iCIMS, Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and others to streamline recruitment efforts</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with a focus on HR functions such as payroll (Paychex, UltiPro, ADP), benefits administration, or workforce management systems (Kronos, Dayforce)</li><li>Strong knowledge of employment &amp; labor law, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning</li><li>Skilled in project management and strategic planning to support organizational objectives</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully</li><li>Familiarity with HR software platforms including Workday, Taleo, Paylocity, Salesforce, Oracle HCM or equivalent systems</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage data collection and reporting for HR analytics and compliance purposes</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise will empower employees and elevate organizational success!
