HVAC SENIOR ENGINEER<ul><li>System Design &amp; Development:Conceptualize and design integrated HVAC systems for commercial buildings and other structures.</li><li>Technical Calculations:Perform energy calculations, load calculations, and structural analysis to ensure system integrity and performance.</li><li>Modeling &amp; Documentation:Create 3D BIM models of HVAC systems and develop technical specifications, data sheets, and material requisitions.</li><li>Equipment Specification:Select and size appropriate HVAC equipment, such as air-source heat pumps and ventilation units.</li><li>Interdisciplinary Collaboration:Work closely with architects, other engineering disciplines (like plumbing and electrical), and project teams to ensure seamless system integration.</li><li>Quality Control:Review design calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure adherence to industry standards and project requirements.</li><li>Project Oversight:Monitor project progress, provide technical support to design and construction teams, and contribute to project budgets and schedules.</li><li>Troubleshooting &amp; Maintenance:Investigate system issues, provide technical guidance, and participate in the planning of maintenance regimes for existing assets.</li></ul>CONSTRUCTION/PROJECT MANAGER<ul><li>Project Planning &amp; Execution:Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and oversee all phases of construction from pre-construction to completion.</li><li>Resource Management:Determine and acquire the necessary resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, and monitor their availability.</li><li>Team &amp; Stakeholder Coordination:Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, vendors, and construction workers, ensuring clear communication and a coordinated approach.</li><li>Budget &amp; Contract Management:Manage project finances, track costs, negotiate with vendors, and oversee contract scope to ensure profitability and prevent costly reworks.</li><li>Quality &amp; Safety Assurance:Ensure all construction practices meet quality standards, client specifications, and health and safety regulations.</li><li>Risk &amp; Issue Resolution:Proactively identify potential problems, manage risks, and resolve any emerging construction site issues to keep the project on track.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Communication:Prepare detailed project reports for stakeholders, keeping them informed of milestones, progress, and any critical issues.</li></ul>NOTE: Can join immediately.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
