Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Foreman/Supervisor to lead and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. Join us !Duties<ul><li>Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to schedule, plans, and specifications</li><li>Manage and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and labor crews to meet project goals</li><li>Enforce safety protocols</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide team work</li><li>Utilize software such as Quickbooks, Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook project pricing, scheduling, tracking progress, and documentation</li><li>Oversee quality control measures and problem solving to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations</li><li>Monitor project budgets, track costs, and assist with construction estimating and contract management</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven supervising experience in construction management or related field</li><li>Strong leadership and communications skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple people and tasks efficiently</li><li>Knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction practices</li><li>Commitment to delivered high-quality work within budgets and time requirements</li></ul>VALID driver's licesnce REQUIRED.
