Construction Foreman/Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Foreman/Supervisor to lead and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. Join us !

Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to schedule, plans, and specifications
• Manage and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and labor crews to meet project goals
• Enforce safety protocols
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide team work
• Utilize software such as Quickbooks, Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook project pricing, scheduling, tracking progress, and documentation
• Oversee quality control measures and problem solving to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations
• Monitor project budgets, track costs, and assist with construction estimating and contract management

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in construction management or related field
• Strong leadership and communications skills
• Ability to manage multiple people and tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction practices
• Commitment to delivered high-quality work within budgets and time requirements

VALID driver's licesnce REQUIRED. Serving all of Westmoreland County.

M-F 6:45 am to 3:30 pm

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
