We are seeking a technically proficient and energetic Sales Engineer &ndash; Low Voltage Products with 2&ndash;3 years of experience in electrical distribution system sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Schneider Electric&rsquo;s LV switchgear, protection, and control products, while building strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and system integrators.This role suits a candidate who understands power distribution, motor control, and building management applications, and can combine technical expertise with commercial skill to grow the business in the UAE and GCC markets.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:<ul><li>Promote and sell Schneider Electric Low Voltage (LV) products, including:</li><li>MCBs, MCCBs, ACBs, contactors, relays, motor starters, protection devices, and LV panels.</li><li>Power and motor control products from TeSys, Easypact, and Compact NSX families.</li><li>Identify and develop business opportunities across energy, utilities, smart infrastructures, commercial buildings, and manufacturing sectors.</li><li>Engage with consultants, contractors, panel builders, and system integrators to specify Schneider LV solutions in upcoming projects.</li><li>Manage the entire sales cycle &mdash; from prospecting and technical discussions to quotation, negotiation, and order closure.</li><li>Achieve assigned revenue targets and expand C3 Automation&rsquo;s presence in the electrical distribution market.</li></ul>Building Management System (BMS) Portfolio:<ul><li>Promote and support Schneider Electric BMS products including controllers, sensors, field devices, and integration gateways under the EcoStruxure Building platform.</li><li>Coordinate with BMS system integrators for product selection, system design, and specification in building automation projects.</li><li>Offer technical guidance and pre-sales support for integrating LV systems with BMS platforms for energy monitoring and building efficiency.</li></ul>Technical and Pre-Sales Support:<ul><li>Understand customer requirements, project specifications, and system architectures to propose optimized LV and BMS solutions.</li><li>Support clients in product selection, configuration, and system design.</li><li>Collaborate with internal application and technical teams to prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals.</li><li>Conduct product presentations and training sessions for consultants and end-users.</li></ul>Market Development and Coordination:<ul><li>Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify gaps and growth opportunities.</li><li>Work closely with Schneider Electric regional teams for product updates, training, and joint marketing initiatives.</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records including leads, quotations, and order tracking.</li><li>Represent C3 Automation in technical events, trade shows, and exhibitions.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in Low Voltage switchgear or building system product sales.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of Schneider Electric LV portfolio and basic understanding of BMS systems.</li><li>Ability to interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and control schematics.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
