We are looking for a dynamic Sales &amp; Marketing Executive who can drive bookings, promote our brand, and deliver excellent customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Handle inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, social media, and digital leads</li><li>Conduct field visits to meet potential clients and partners</li><li>Identify and generate new business opportunities</li><li>Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close bookings</li><li>Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Promotion<ul><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals</li><li>Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers) during field visits</li><li>Plan and execute social media content across all major platforms</li><li>Coordinate the production of creatives, videos, reels, and promotional materials</li><li>Support website updates, landing pages, SEO improvements, and overall digital brand presence</li></ul>Digital Marketing &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram) and Google Ads</li><li>Track performance metrics such as CPL, ROAS, and lead quality</li><li>Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize for better conversions</li><li>Support conversion optimization and analytics reporting</li></ul>CRM &amp; Customer Management<ul><li>Update and manage leads and customers using CRM tools (Zoho / Bigin preferred)</li><li>Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development</li><li>Experience in event industry / hospitality is an added advantage</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Willingness to do field work and meet targets</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Sales &amp; Lead Generation</li><li>Digital Marketing</li><li>Social Media Management</li><li>Email Marketing</li><li>SEO &amp; Google Ads</li><li>Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram)</li><li>CRM Tools (Zoho, Bigin)</li><li>Customer-friendly attitude</li><li>Good communication &amp; negotiation skills</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance-based incentives</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding event brand</li><li>Creative and dynamic work environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
