About C9 Event Center

C9 Event Center is a premium venue specializing in weddings, corporate events, and social celebrations. We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who can drive bookings, promote our brand, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Handle inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, social media, and digital leads
  • Conduct field visits to meet potential clients and partners
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close bookings
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction

Marketing & Promotion

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers) during field visits
  • Plan and execute social media content across all major platforms
  • Coordinate the production of creatives, videos, reels, and promotional materials
  • Support website updates, landing pages, SEO improvements, and overall digital brand presence

Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Track performance metrics such as CPL, ROAS, and lead quality
  • Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize for better conversions
  • Support conversion optimization and analytics reporting

CRM & Customer Management

  • Update and manage leads and customers using CRM tools (Zoho / Bigin preferred)
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Experience in event industry / hospitality is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to do field work and meet targets
