Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage post-sales customer coordination across our redevelopment projects. The role involves being the single point of contact for customers after sales, handling documentation, collections follow-ups, complaint resolution, and coordination with internal engineering teams, lawyers, and external stakeholders.

This is a half-day, second-half, in-office role, ideal for candidates who are organized, communicative, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for customers post-sales across all projects.
  • Communicate updates related to timelines, milestones, and handover-related processes.
  • Handle customer communication related to possession, agreements, changes, and complaints.
  • Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Follow up with customers for timely collection of dues and payments.
  • Coordinate with the lawyer and internal team for drafting and execution of individual agreements.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer documentation.
  • Receive, record, and track customer complaints and service requests.
  • Coordinate with the Engineering and Site teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Follow up until closure and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate site visits, customer change requests, and approvals with the engineering team.
  • Manage and improve relationships with contractors, vendors, consultants, and customers.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal departments.
  • Maintain CRM records, complaint logs, and coordination trackers.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements in customer handling processes.
  • Document all customer change requests and coordinate approvals with the engineering team.
  • Track cost implications, approvals, and final confirmations from customers.
  • Coordinate possession checklists, snag lists, and final handover documentation.
  • Assist in organizing possession and handover processes in coordination with site and engineering teams.
  • Ensure all customer communications, commitments, and resolutions are properly documented via email / CRM records.
  • Maintain project-wise CRM trackers for collections, complaints, changes, and agreements.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Prior experience in CRM / Post-Sales / Customer Coordination, preferably in real estate or construction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. (Marathi, English and Hindi)
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (customers, engineers, lawyers, vendors).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and follow-up driven.
  • Comfortable working in-office during second half of the day.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and documentation handling.
