B2B Lead Generation Executive – Freelancer / Part-Time

Role Objective

The B2B Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying, approaching, and generating qualified business leads from the UAE and GCC markets.
This role focuses strictly on B2B decision-makers and business-converted leads, not branding, traffic, or social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential B2B clients such as business owners, founders, directors, and authorized decision-makers
  • Generate genuine and requirement-driven business leads
  • Engage prospects through professional B2B methods, including:
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • Cold calling (corporate contacts only)
  • Email marketing
  • WhatsApp business outreach
  • Direct referrals and professional networking
  • Optional paid campaigns (at freelancer’s own discretion and cost)
  • Register and manage all leads through the Company CRM / Lead Portal
  • Coordinate with internal teams for lead validation and closure
  • Maintain ethical, professional, and compliant communication at all times

Definition of a Qualified Lead

A lead will be considered qualified and eligible only if:

  • The lead is a B2B entity (company / investor / corporate client)
  • There is a clear business requirement
  • The contact is a decision-maker or authorized representative
  • The lead converts into confirmed business
  • Client payment is successfully received

Enquiries, traffic, or non-converted leads are not eligible.

Performance Expectations

  • Minimum 5 genuine B2B leads per month
  • Zero tolerance for duplicate, fake, or manipulated leads
  • Consistent underperformance may result in termination

Compensation Structure

  • Performance-Based Only
  • Payment released per successfully converted lead
  • Payments processed only after confirmed business conversion and client payment
  • No retainer, no fixed salary, no advance payments

Tools & Support

  • CRM / Lead Portal access
  • Standard process guidance
  • Sales team support for closure
  • Transparent lead validation and reporting

Candidate Profile

Mandatory:

  • Experience in B2B lead generation or B2B sales
  • Comfortable dealing with senior decision-makers
  • Strong professional communication skills

Preferred:

  • UAE or GCC B2B market exposure
  • Freelancers, consultants, or independent sales professionals
