We are looking for caring, dependable, and energetic Toddler Teachers to join our early childhood team! If you are passionate about working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for toddlers</li><li>Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging, classroom environment</li><li>Support children's social, emotional, cognitive development</li><li>Maintain daily communication with families</li><li>Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations</li><li>Supervise classroom staff and maintain classroom organization</li></ul>Minimum QualificationsApplicants for Lead Toddler Teacher must have one of the following:<ul><li>Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field</li><li>Valid Child Developmental Associate (CDA) credential</li><li>Montessori credential with toddler coursework</li><li>6 semester hours, 9 CEU's, or a combination to equal 90 clock hours of coursework in early childhood education.</li><li>At least 3 semester hours, or 4.5 CEU's or 45 hours of MiRegistry-approved courses in infant and toddler development and care practices within 6 months of hire.</li></ul>Additional Requirements<ul><li>Must be 19 years or older</li><li>Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and fingerprinting</li><li>Current CPR/First Aid certification (or within 90 days of hire)</li><li>Completion of Health &amp; Safety training required by Michigan licensing</li><li>Experience working with toddlers preferred</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Supportive and positive work environment</li><li>Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in children's lives</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li><li>Competitive wages based on education and experience</li></ul>Interested applications should either apply via Indeed, email calvarycamp@gmail.com or call (616) 394-0826Job Type: Part-timePay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>4 hour shift</li><li>8 hour shift</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>CPR Certification (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
