Your proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills will drive meaningful change and promote stability within diverse populations.Duties<ul><li>Conduct thorough assessments of clients&rsquo; needs, including behavioral health, child welfare, addiction issues, and housing stability.</li><li>Develop personalized care plans that incorporate crisis intervention strategies and motivational interviewing techniques to motivate positive behavior change.</li><li>Coordinate services related to Section 8 housing programs, Medicare, workforce development initiatives, and other community resources.</li><li>Provide crisis management and intervention during urgent situations, ensuring safety and stabilization for clients experiencing behavioral or mental health crises.</li><li>Offer mentorship and guidance to clients on topics such as childcare, addiction counseling, and social skills development.</li><li>Supervise or collaborate with junior staff or interns to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to best practices.</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and service plans in compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality standards.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Social Work or a related field; Master&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>Proven experience in social work settings with a focus on case management, behavioral health, or child welfare.</li><li>Strong skills in crisis intervention, crisis management, and addiction counseling.</li><li>Knowledge of behavioral health issues, including mental health disorders and substance use challenges.</li><li>Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients effectively.</li><li>Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff or interns is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with programs such as Section 8 housing, Medicare services, workforce development initiatives, and child welfare systems.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse populations.
