Overview The Manager of Marketing will lead the development and execution of CieloVision&rsquo;s marketing strategy to accelerate pipeline growth, expand brand presence, and support both direct and channel-driven revenue. This role is critical to scaling our partner ecosystem, including Technology Services Distributors (TSDs), Technology Solutions Providers (TSPs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs).The position will work closely with the CRO and Sales Leadership to build high-impact programs for field sales, channel partners, and customer audiences. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B SaaS, understands channel-centric go-to-market strategies, and can both plan and execute in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Channel &amp; Partner Marketing (Priority Focus)</li><li>Build and execute marketing programs that support channel recruitment, enablement, and partner-sourced revenue.</li><li>Develop partner toolkits, co-marketing materials, and joint messaging with TSDs, VARs, MSPs, and integrators.</li><li>Support TSD channel programs through enablement materials, campaign support, and content creation.</li><li>Produce partner launch plans, case studies, vertical messaging, and product education content.</li><li>Manage partner events, webinars, and enablement activities.</li><li>Demand Generation &amp; Content</li><li>Build and execute campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for direct and channel sales.</li><li>Manage website content, SEO, and conversion improvement.</li><li>Own social media posting schedule and content, with emphasis on LinkedIn.</li><li>Develop sales collateral, one-pagers, product briefs, presentations, and demo script content.</li><li>Support content and messaging for industry events and conferences.</li><li>Marketing Operations &amp; Analytics</li><li>Track funnel performance, partner attribution, and campaign ROI.</li><li>Manage marketing platforms and communication tools.</li><li>Build reporting dashboards and provide visibility to CRO, Channel Leadership, and ELT.</li></ul>Key Performance Metrics <ul><li>Channel-sourced and influenced pipeline growth.</li><li>Number of activated channel partners and seller participation.</li><li>Engagement and utilization of TSD and VAR programs.</li><li>Marketing-generated qualified leads.</li><li>Website traffic and conversion improvement.</li><li>Social media reach and engagement.</li><li>Event and trade show pipeline impact and ROI.</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS or tech preferred).</li><li>Experience supporting TSD/TSP/VAR channel models.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build and scale marketing programs.</li><li>Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools.</li><li>Strong writing and content development skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Attributes <ul><li>Understanding of channel go-to-market models and partner ecosystems.</li><li>Strong cross-functional communication skills.</li><li>Hands-on content creation and execution ability.</li><li>Data-driven approach to decision-making.</li><li>Self-starter with high accountability and urgency.</li></ul>About CieloVision CieloVision delivers AI-enabled digital transformation for multi-location brands in Retail, Fitness, Family Entertainment Centers, Restaurants, Hospitality, and Franchise markets.
