Overview
The Manager of Marketing will lead the development and execution of CieloVision’s marketing strategy to accelerate pipeline growth, expand brand presence, and support both direct and channel-driven revenue. This role is critical to scaling our partner ecosystem, including Technology Services Distributors (TSDs), Technology Solutions Providers (TSPs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
The position will work closely with the CRO and Sales Leadership to build high-impact programs for field sales, channel partners, and customer audiences. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B SaaS, understands channel-centric go-to-market strategies, and can both plan and execute in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel & Partner Marketing (Priority Focus)
- Build and execute marketing programs that support channel recruitment, enablement, and partner-sourced revenue.
- Develop partner toolkits, co-marketing materials, and joint messaging with TSDs, VARs, MSPs, and integrators.
- Support TSD channel programs through enablement materials, campaign support, and content creation.
- Produce partner launch plans, case studies, vertical messaging, and product education content.
- Manage partner events, webinars, and enablement activities.
- Demand Generation & Content
- Build and execute campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for direct and channel sales.
- Manage website content, SEO, and conversion improvement.
- Own social media posting schedule and content, with emphasis on LinkedIn.
- Develop sales collateral, one-pagers, product briefs, presentations, and demo script content.
- Support content and messaging for industry events and conferences.
- Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Track funnel performance, partner attribution, and campaign ROI.
- Manage marketing platforms and communication tools.
- Build reporting dashboards and provide visibility to CRO, Channel Leadership, and ELT.
Key Performance Metrics
- Channel-sourced and influenced pipeline growth.
- Number of activated channel partners and seller participation.
- Engagement and utilization of TSD and VAR programs.
- Marketing-generated qualified leads.
- Website traffic and conversion improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–7 years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS or tech preferred).
- Experience supporting TSD/TSP/VAR channel models.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale marketing programs.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong writing and content development skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Base Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
