To continue to do so we are looking to hire an enthusiastic, passionate office Clerk representative.Individual should have a roll-up-the-sleeves mentality and work style and be able to operate efficiently and effectively in an industrial-type setting.Required Skills/Abilities:<ul><li>Office experience - 1 year</li><li>Customer Service - 1 year</li><li>Office Administration - 1 year</li><li>Receptionist - 1 year</li><li>Verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Answering the phone at a reception desk or in a specific department and transferring calls as needed</li><li>Sorting and delivering incoming mail and collecting and sending outgoing mail</li><li>Create documents, maintaining databases and sending memos and emails</li><li>travel, making reservations or organizing rentals</li><li>Running errands and making deliveries around the office or to external parties</li><li>Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records</li><li>Managing digital document filing, including encrypted documents, and email correspondence</li><li>Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies</li><li>Transcribing or taking notes during meetings and writing minutes, memos and/or agendas</li><li>Assisting preparing or processing estimates</li><li>Packaging and shipping company materials</li><li>Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers and other standard office equipment.</li></ul>Financial Duties: <ul><li>Creating and entering expense reports</li><li>Data Entry</li><li>Purchasing items necessary for the business or business services</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
